About the role

SMs manage a team of executives responsible for selling loan products to the customers based on their needs. They will ensure mapping of market and customers according to their need generating leads and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction. It requires strategic planning and execution to boost revenue, grow the portfolio, and maintain risk and compliance.

What you'll do

Business Goals & Profitability
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for the product
Drive productivity by generating leads through different channels, referrals and open market initiatives
Identify and convert prospects for cross-selling opportunities (insurance, forex, etc)
