RLC NPD Engineering Lead

About the role

This position is to design /customization, localization, development of Residential & Light commercial AC & sub assemblies from concept to launch, optimize product performance / efficiency.

What you'll do

• Develop product/ solution roadmap for the category in association with business marketing & management
• Bring in innovation in the products/ offerings and drive same along with team
• Identification of opportunities (to fill product/ offering gaps), do business case evaluation, involving right set of stakeholders
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for product category
• Develop detailed master plan for resources to strengthen R&D plans and execution strategy
