About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing RMM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing RMM environments, particularly ConnectWise Automate, who is eager to expand their expertise into NinjaOne (NinjaRMM).

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary SME for RMM platforms and endpoint management solutions
  • Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize ConnectWise Automate environments
  • Learn and become proficient in NinjaOne (NinjaRMM) to support current and future client engagements
  • Participate in client-facing consulting, discovery, and technical strategy calls
  • Design and implement monitoring, alerting, remediation, and automation workflows

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience
  • Communication
  • Any graduate

Good to have

  • PowerShell
