- Manage a team of Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager of respective Loan Center
- Responsible for Disbursements of all products in the Loan Center
- Responsible of satisfactory services to Customer at the Loan Centers
- Training the team to handle activities as per prevailing policies
- Monitoring and Tracking Operations and Customer Service Metrics
