What you'll do

• Own end-to-end Royalty accounting, forecasting and payment activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and contractual compliance
• Review contracts for key terms, payment requirements, and standard language, leveraging AI tools where applicable demonstrating required review capabilities
• Prepare royalty payments and submit for AP processing, including contract/vendor research and appropriate vendor-site validation
• Manage and track activities using tools in SharePoint (MS Planner, MS Lists) to keep deliverables on track
• Maintain contract/payment trackers, reconciliations, and monthly reporting to provide key insights and performance metrics for the Global EA Royalty team

• 7–10 yrs of experience

• B.Com or BBA or MBA or M.Com
