What you'll do

• Design and implement effective collection strategies tailored to rural portfolios, taking into account the unique challenges and opportunities in these markets
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and collection performance data to inform strategy adjustments
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Building a cost effective collection channels for respective products
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations

What you need
