They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank About the Role The Strategy Team for Mortgage products (Home Loan, LAP & Asha) is responsible for overseeing the overall process, strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing the product-specific market for mortgage loans.

What you'll do

• Conduct deep analysis of bounce rates for mortgage loan products to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work with the BIU team to formulate Early Delinquency Management (EDM) logics and ensure sharper coverage of bounce rates
• Analyze all bucketing stock efficiency to ensure the right intervention at the right time
• Develop strategies for priority coverage for write-off field collections to maximize recovery
• Identify which cases to move to the call center and which to move to the field based on velocity to connect and collect at an optimum cost and efficiency
