About the role

The Risk Management Division encompasses the firm's comprehensive risk framework responsible for determining and managing the overall risk appetite for the firm. The division is responsible for effectively managing the firm's risk-return profile which ensures the efficient deployment of the firm's capital.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update headcount list and organisational charts and inter-departmental/Legal Entity SLAs
• Oversee onboarding for new joiners and contractors, ensuring system access, IT setup, and business integration
• Lead specific departmental initiatives (e.g., newsletter , EDL, confluence, efficiency improvements)
• Provide project management support
• Coordinat e internal training programme

What you need
