Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Vendor Sales team and drive business growth across the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new SMB clients by promoting NetCom Learning's comprehensive portfolio of IT training and certification solutions.

What you'll do

• Prospect and identify SMB clients with IT training and workforce upskilling requirements through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined outbound sales activities
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, business goals, and skill development needs
• Recommend suitable training programs, certification paths, and customized learning solutions based on client requirements
• Build and nurture relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and IT decision-makers to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
