Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging prospective customers and generating qualified sales opportunities.This role is responsible for responding to inbound leads, proactively prospecting into target accounts, and nurturing early-stage relationships to secure qualified meetings for our senior sales team.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (target: within 15 minutes)
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects not yet ready to engage
• Develop thoughtful follow-up strategies to convert interest into meetings
• Maintain clean and up-to-date lead & prospect records
