Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and engage decision-makers in high-growth companies. Your primary focus will be to generate and qualify leads , setting up sales meetings with HR leaders, Founders, and CXOs.

What you'll do

• ✅ Prospect & Qualify Leads – Research and identify potential clients in tech-driven industries
• ✅ Cold Outreach – Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• ✅ Schedule Meetings – Book discovery calls for the sales team with interested clients
• ✅ Manage CRM & Follow-Ups – Keep records updated and ensure consistent engagement

What you need
