Sales Development Representive - US

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Keka, you’ll fill our executive roundtable dinners in the US and turn the relationships you build into qualified pipeline. You’ll work with Marketing, the existing Inside Sales pod and our Account Executives to bring CHROs, VP HR and HR Directors from mid-market and enterprise IT, IT Services, SaaS and technology companies into the room.

What you'll do

• Build and prioritise target account lists for each city and event, using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and intent signals from Marketing
• Drive registrations through cold calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach to the top 100 target accounts per city
• Confirm attendance personally, manage the waitlist and support check-in and no-show replacement on event day
• Capture attendee context such as role, priorities and competitive tech stack, and hand it to AEs
• Follow up with every attendee within 24 to 48 hours, book qualified AE meetings and own each contact through the nurture window
