Sales Director - Business Development & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead new business development and accelerate revenue growth for a growing professional services and business transformation consultancy. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will shape and execute the sales strategy, identify high-value opportunities, and build a strong pipeline across target markets.

What you'll do

• As Sales Director, you will lead the full business development cycle, from identifying prospective clients to negotiating and closing strategic commercial agreements
• Work closely with executive leadership, consulting and delivery teams, and marketing to convert market opportunities into sustainable growth
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue and business growth targets
• Identify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities across target industries and geographies
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up
