Sales Enablement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations & In-side Sales Executive to support our Japan sales team in driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role blends sales support, data management, account coordination, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution across the entire sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and consistent reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams on quote generation, proposal preparation, order processing, and timely follow-ups on leads, renewals, and customer requests
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking to drive operational efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and key metrics
• Identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and improvement
