What you'll do

• Own Lead Intake: Manage and process leads received through Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), digital campaigns, website enquiries, and other inbound channels
• Execute Outbound Calling Campaigns: Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound calling campaigns based on defined target lists, marketing campaigns
• Ensure CRM Hygiene: Maintain at least 95% data accuracy, complete lead traceability, and accurate documentation of customer interactions, follow-ups
• Monitor & Report Performance: Track and report lead volumes, outbound calling activity, contact rates, qualification outcomes, turnaround times, follow-up status
• Support Digital Lead Generation: Support lead generation and data enrichment initiatives using tools such as Apollo, Lusha, chatbots, and AI-enabled solutions
