• Lead Conversion — Meet with prospective clients to pitch premium, high-value luxury residential real estate projects
• Site Visits — Coordinate, conduct, and manage client site visits, showcasing properties and closing bookings
• Negotiation & Closure — Direct face-to-face negotiation with clients, managing the sales pipeline from inquiry to final documentation
• Market Analysis — Keep updated with local real estate market trends, developer offerings, and competitor positioning
