Sales Executive - Lead Conversion - Paytm Money

About the role

We are seeking a high-energy, disciplined Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and trader activation. In this role, you will execute daily outbound calling workflows, assist clients in resolving account drop-off friction, and reactivate trading activity. You will work within established operational guidelines to ensure smooth onboarding, high daily productivity, and accurate performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Reach out to leads encountering F&O segment activation issues and assist them in completing the setup
• Guide clients through bank proof verification procedures to resolve document rejections
• Help clients troubleshoot payment gateway and fund transfer failures to successfully capitalize their accounts
• Connect with accounts that have active F&O access but zero trades to encourage initial order execution
• Maintain strict daily calling discipline and manage assigned lead queues efficiently
