Sales Force Administrator

About the role

This role covers a wide spectrum of responsibility, from system/ tech administration and data analysis, through to process definition. You’ll need to be a hands-on operator, frequently liaising with sales and marketing teams to develop and improve upon current and future campaigns and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Develop reports and dashboards for various departments to improve decision-making

What you need
