Sales Head, Sales & Business Development

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Experience building sales and business development plans. Proven track record in referral network development and service-based sales. Experience leading large sales teams and managing revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and build high-performing teams.

What you'll do

• Drive national sales in a fast-growing healthcare firm
• Shape patient access and referral growth at scale
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with psychiatrists, psychologists, hospitals, corporates, insurers, and key healthcare stakeholders
• Develop and execute regional/national sales strategies to increase admissions, consultations, and overall business performance
• Lead, mentor, and monitor field sales and business development teams, ensuring achievement of revenue and productivity targets
