Sales Incentive Plan Analyst

About the role

Working closely with the Regional Sales Incentive Plan Managers, this role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting Salesforce.com and Excel/Power BI based tools, and ensuring reliable data flows that underpin incentive calculations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of SIP outputs by supporting data preparation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the maintenance of calculation logic (algorithms/recipes).
