Sales Leader

About the role

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Manager for Luxury Residential segment at Mumbai. In this role, you will play a vital part in the sales team, focusing on expanding and driving sales in the Luxury Residential segment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Lighting Designers to generate demand for Lutron's product offerings.

What you'll do

• Develop strong relationship with Top Key account specifiers, with special focus on shades business growth
• Meet or exceed aggressive Sales goal
• Build high level of technical knowledge of complete product range
• Work closely with internal team members to produce relevant documents to support customer requirements
• Drive the entire Sales cycle right from Sales lead generation to order closure
