About the role

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you'll lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships while fostering a collaborative and innovative sales environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement annual sales strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities in the Mumbai region
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners through transparent communication and collaborative engagement
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze sales metrics to provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development and career growth of team members
