To promote liability products (Current Accounts) to achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring compliance.
What you'll do
- Assist and mentor Sales Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales in executing strategies
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development
- Monitor team performance, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve business objectives
- Recruit, train, and guide Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales to achieve budgets and incentives
- Deliver quality liability accounts to build a healthy retail book
