Sales Manager

About the role

Define and execute the regional sales plan aligned with the company’s overall cybersecurity solutions portfolio and revenue targets. Identify key growth segments (MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, System Integrators) and align sales initiatives. Forecast, track, and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health. Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners (resellers, SIs, MSSPs) in the region.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the regional sales plan aligned with the company’s overall cybersecurity solutions portfolio and revenue targets
• Identify key growth segments (MSSPs, MSPs, VARs, System Integrators) and align sales initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners (resellers, SIs, MSSPs) in the region
• Drive partner loyalty programs and ensure alignment with vendor expectations
• Act as the regional interface for cybersecurity OEMs/vendors represented by the VAD

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience

• BBA or MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
