Sales Manager (India)

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Country Sales Manager, India to join our growing Temporal team. This role is ideal for a sales leader who enjoys building customer relationships, developing teams, and expanding a business within a high-growth technology company.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for India, supporting new customer acquisition and long-term growth across enterprise accounts
• Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise opportunities while building a sustainable pipeline across the region
• Engage customers and prospects through executive meetings, regional events, industry conferences
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders across large organizations
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Solutions Architecture, Developer Success, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives
