Increase sales volumes for Personal Loan lending, manage DSA database and tap them tactfully to ensure healthy sales pipeline Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders Adopt recommended improvements in process to enhance operational productivity and suggest improvements as well

What you'll do

  • Achieve sales target by building strong relationships in the channel network
  • Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Work on sales volumes and value IRR
  • Monitor and support the recovery of NPA from relevant customers in Region
  • Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner
