Sales Manager:Sales-Unsecured Business_AFL at Axis Finance. Identify and execute sales growth opportunity at local level, drive channel expansion and new account acquisitions.

What you'll do

  • Identify and execute sales growth opportunity at local level, drive channel expansion and new account acquisitions
  • Achieve sales target by building strong relationships in the channel network
  • Increase sales volumes for Personal Loan lending, manage DSA database and tap them tactfully to ensure healthy sales pipeline
  • Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Adopt recommended improvements in process to enhance operational productivity and suggest improvements as well
