About the role

We are looking for a highly energetic and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive to drive channel partner activation, broker engagement, lead generation, and project visibility within the assigned market. The role is primarily field-oriented and focuses on building, activating, and managing a strong network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral associates to generate quality leads and business opportunities for the organization.

What you'll do

• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral networks within assigned territories
• Build a strong and productive channel partner ecosystem to support business growth
• Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities to maintain active partner relationships
• Ensure continuous activation and productivity of empanelled channel partners
• Lead Generation and Business Development
