Sr. Manager / AGM Sales - Navi Mumbai (candidates must be from elevator/lifts industry) Assistant Manager - Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (candidates can be from Elevator/Building construction/HVAC/EPC/Electrical Engineering/Parking industry) Sales Manager - Pune & Kolkata (candidates must be from elevator/lifts industry)

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the sales team within the branch
• Provide necessary support and motivation to the sales team to achieve assigned targets
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential client bases for generating new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to develop effective sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key decision-makers
