Sales Manager - Watch Channel

About the role

We are looking for experienced and proactive Regional Sales Managers to join our Watch channel team for Mumbai. The primary responsibility of this role is to appoint, develop, and manage new retail partners to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have 7-8 years of experience in channel sales management as an Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager within a related industry.

What you'll do

• Identify, appoint, and onboard new retailers in the assigned region to expand market reach
• Foster strong relationships with new and existing retail partners, providing support to maximize their potential and ensure growth
• Develop tailored business plans with retailers to drive store-level engagement, sales growth, and brand representation
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets within the designated territory
• Monitor sales performance of each retailer, and work with them to optimize sales and drive sell-through
