Sales MIS & Back-Office Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Back Office Executive to support the sales team in managing sales data, MIS reporting, market research, database development, and business process coordination.

What you'll do

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales MIS reports, dashboards, and performance data
• Create, update, and manage customer, prospect, and market databases using MS Excel
• Conduct internet-based research for market intelligence, customer profiling, competitor analysis, and lead generation
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, and business review documents
• Understand and streamline sales processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
