About the role

Generate new business leads through field sales, referrals, and partnerships Increase portfolio size and overall revenue contribution Upsell/cross-sell additional financial products (top-ups, insurance, add-ons) Acquire new customers in assigned territory/segment Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement or financing targets
