Sales Operations Analyst - Payward Services

About the role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting business development activities across institutional financial services and digital asset infrastructure. You will help streamline sales processes, manage complex client documentation, and ensure commercial teams have the information and resources needed to close business opportunities efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) processes
• Review incoming client questionnaires, identify relevant technical, security, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and other stakeholders to collect, validate
• Establish clear timelines, assign responsibilities, and proactively follow up with contributors to ensure complete and timely responses
• Oversee document preparation, assembly, editing, and formatting to ensure all client submissions are accurate, professional, and consistent
