Sales Operations Manager

About the role

Manage the day to day flow of sales proposals from all the three verticals (Retail, Industrial, Special Projects) to ensure timeliness Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.

What you'll do

• Manage the day to day flow of sales proposals from all the three verticals (Retail, Industrial, Special Projects) to ensure timeliness
• Review and analyze sales data to discover areas needing improvement
• Define company sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth
• Report sales plans and results to management, make recommendations for future objectives
• Design and implement company sales strategies, working to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth
