Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

As we scale our India operations, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our deal execution engine. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing order to complexity, and have a knack for getting things done across teams — this role is for you.

What you'll do

• From onboarding to disbursement, you'll track every deal milestone, ensure documentation is complete and compliant, and keep the pipeline moving without friction
• Process & Compliance You'll maintain documentation checklists, process trackers, and ensure every deal meets internal credit and policy guidelines before it moves forward
