What you'll do

• Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
• Own end-to-end recruiting process, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview panel design, decision-making, offer strategy
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and competitive talent
