Sales/Recruiting Apprentice

About the role

1st one-week training and on-the-job mentoring provided for all roles. Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM daily Email candidates (based on skillset) using the provided email templates Sales/Business Dev Apprentice day to day work: Email potential prospects using the provided email templates

What you'll do

• Source IT, candidates, daily for at least three job requirements
• Call at least 60 candidates daily to check their interest, availability, and other details
• Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed
• Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
• Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings
