Sales Sourcing Deputy Manager

About the role

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, nurturing, and managing channel partners (brokers, agents, IPCs, distributors, and referral networks) to drive consistent lead generation and business growth. The role demands strong market understanding, relationship management, and execution capabilities to maximize channel contribution towards overall sales targets.

What you'll do

• Channel Development & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners in assigned markets
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent engagement and business contribution
• Conduct regular partner meetings, trainings, and engagement activities to drive mindshare and loyalty
• Drive lead flow and booking volumes from the channel partner network to achieve assigned sales targets
