Sales Specialist , Transparency

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Marketplace Trust team for its Transparency (TR) charter. Transparency is a product serialization and traceability service that proactively protects brands and customers from defects including counterfeit and materially different products in the supply chain.

What you'll do

• Shape execution of the Transparency vision by recruiting and onboarding enterprise key brands to the program, working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be required to recruit brands to join the Transparency program, communicate how the service works to potential partners
• Drive brand onboarding, account management, revenue, improving operational efficiency goals and collaborate with WW stakeholders for process optimization
• Managing strategic accounts, upsell Transparency to improve coverage and troubleshoot operational issues
• Manage large portfolio of existing brands and ensure retention, brand experience & NPS of portfolio
