Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

This role is responsible for utilizing deep product knowledge to handle complex requirements and esnure service master data setup is accurate for sales rediness. The role collaborates with internal teams and beyond to ensure quality across processes for exceptional sales support.

What you'll do

• Provides day to day support for new product setup end to end in S4 system and other required systems for other activites including cost and pricing
• Prepare and maintain the prdouct setup master
• Manage customer esclations or quries effectively and efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation to support overall service operations
