Sales Team Lead - B2B SaaS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our B2B SaaS sales team and drive revenue growth across our software products, including Shopify apps. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, developing outbound strategies, closing key opportunities, and coaching the sales team to achieve business targets.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development/Sales Executives while setting targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• Develop and execute outbound B2B lead-generation strategies through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demos, negotiations, and closing
• Understand the Shopify App Store ecosystem, e-commerce merchants, and SaaS products to identify new business opportunities
• Monitor sales metrics such as MRR, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rate, and implement improvements to increase conversions
