Sales Trainer – B2B SaaS Inside Sales

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on, performance-oriented Sales Trainer – B2B SaaS Inside Sales to strengthen the capabilities and productivity of our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in B2B sales, practical experience in sales coaching, and the ability to convert sales best practices into measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Sales Onboarding & Training
• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new Inside Sales Executives
• Train sales representatives on product knowledge, value proposition, ideal customer profiles, industry use cases, and competitive positioning
• Develop training modules covering the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and discovery to product demonstrations, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure
• Conduct product knowledge assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and sales certification programs
