What you'll do

• Design and implement a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNAS) for resorts.Develop and execute Management Training programs
• Collaborate with Resort Corporate and Managers/Department Heads to identify and address training requirements
• Create and implement Training and Assessment evaluation methodologies
• .Coordinate with various departments to maintain a robust Departmental Training Champion system
• Monitor and maintain metrics contributing to the success of the Training & Development function
