About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the sales team’s product knowledge, negotiation skills, and overall performance. This role requires a mix of training expertise, sales experience, and motivational leadership to inspire a culture of learning and achievement within the team.

What you'll do

• Training Design & Delivery
• Delivers targeted coaching on cold calling techniques and sales outreach best practices
• Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales hires with a focus on prospecting and cold calling skills
• Develop sales training modules on cold calling techniques, objection handling, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions emphasizing effective outreach and call strategies
