Salesforce Administrator and Development

About the role

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of GroundTruth’s Salesforce platform. This role will manage user access, system configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and platform enhancements while serving as a trusted partner to business teams.

What you'll do

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs
• Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Design and maintain complex, multi-step Case workflows spanning cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Ad Operations)
• Take ownership of Apex-based customizations and integrations with the goal of reducing reliance on outside development support over time
