Salesforce Pre Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Lead to join our Salesforce CRM Practice. This role is critical in driving business growth, shaping solution strategy, and supporting sales cycles with compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of sales acumen, consulting expertise, solution architecture understanding , and P&L accountability .

What you'll do

• Pre-Sales & Deal Support
• Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities for Salesforce CRM opportunities ( Industry Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and client workshops
• Develop compelling solution narratives, value propositions, and ROI models
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demos, presentations, solution walkthroughs, and POCs
