Salesforce Product & Technical Manager

About the role

We’re seeking a senior Salesforce Product & Technical Lead to take full ownership of Salesforce, data quality, and CRM performance within a fast-growing, high-performance business. This role goes beyond development - you will act as the owner of the Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for driving improvements, managing priorities, and ensuring the platform supports business outcomes effectively.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including performance, scalability, and data quality
• Act as the primary point of ownership for Salesforce across the business
• Prioritise and manage Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead and manage a Salesforce Administrator, providing direction, oversight, and support
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
