Salesforce Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager / Technical Lead to lead a high-performing Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud team while serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. This role requires strong people management, clear communication, and the ability to guide teams through complex architecture, development, delivery oversight, and strategic partnership.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud developers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee project delivery to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards
• Manage project priorities, resource allocation, timelines, and client expectations across multiple engagements
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance policies
• Monitor team performance, utilization, and project metrics to drive operational excellence
