SAM License Analyst

About the role

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate software licensing records, analyzing software deployments and utilization, identifying compliance discrepancies, and supporting internal and external software audits. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, working knowledge of software licensing models, and hands-on experience with SAM tools and data reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Software License Inventory & Entitlement Management
• Maintain accurate software license inventories, purchase records, entitlements, and associated documentation
• Reconcile license purchases, contractual entitlements, deployment data, and software usage
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across SAM tools and supporting systems
• Track license assignments, renewals, subscriptions, and utilization
