SAP EWM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support mission-critical warehouse operations within a 24/7 biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure the stability and continuity of inbound, outbound, inventory, and production-supply processes across live manufacturing facilities.

What you'll do

• Provide L1.5, L2, and L3 support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), ensuring incidents are resolved within established service-level agreements
• Support warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound operations, internal stock movements, physical inventory, and returns
• Maintain production-supply and staging processes for process orders, including goods receipt from production
• Troubleshoot warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, waves, storage types, putaway strategies, and picking processes
• Support RF and mobile transactions, including troubleshooting handheld device and warehouse-floor technology issues

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• SAP
• GMP
• Root cause analysis
• Production planning
• SOP writing
• Warehouse operations
• B.Tech or B.E.
